8" chef (bocote frame handle)
This chef was designed to just flat out look cool and cool it looks. a nicely tapered spine gives off a mild bit of flex in the blade. Back to the handle, did I mention it looks cool? Bocote scales with black linen and ivory G10 liners and ivory G10 pins. It’s beautiful. W2 steel is one of my favorites for it’s edge retention and ease of resharpening.
