A full size chef with a slightly upswept spine and bunka tip. Forged from W2 steel, the edge is thin with a nicely tapered spine for a very light user feel. The oval shaped east indian rosewood handle just feels and looks perfect on this knife. This knife also comes in a handmade poplar saya (wooden sheath).
